Responsible for development, implementation and evaluation of RL Enterprizes, Inc. business plan strategy for the six business divisions: RL Environmental Consulting and Training, RL Computer Freelance Services, RL Communications, RL Advertising and Marketing, RL Merchandising, and RL Acquisitions. Details: Member of the 1999 Environmental Management and Technology Expo (EMAT) Advisory Committee for the June, 1999 EMAT Expo in Atlantic City, New Jersey and the November, 1999 EMAT Expo in Long Beach, California. As a member of the 1999 EMAT Advisory Group, I assisted in the creation of the 1999 EMAT Expo session formats for the Atlantic City, New Jersey and the Long Beach, California Expos. As the Chairperson for the EMAT Expo's ISO 14000 sessions, I had the responsibility of securing keynote speakers to assist me in this session topic. I would have conducted a two-day ISO 14000 Environmental Management Systems (EMS) Design and Implementation Workshop during the Atlantic City, New Jersey and the Long Beach, California Expos. The EMAT Expo was canceled for 1999.

Details: A US delegate to The People's Republic of China Environmental Technology Delegation, June 17 to June 28, 1996. Two-week visit included meetings with China's Environmental Government Officials. Scheduled meetings were held in Beijing, Lanzhou, and Shanghai, China. I provided training seminars on ISO 14000 to the Chinese Government Officials. As a Citizen Ambassador, I have had the opportunity to be a part of cross-cultural/ cross-professional exchanges.

Details: Program Manager/ISO 14001 Lead Auditor/Senior Corporate Technical Trainer, providing development and instruction of in-house and commercial environmental management systems, OSHA, EPA and DOT training and auditing programs in the areas of transportation, emergency response procedures, incident command system, hazardous waste management, occupational and industrial safety, confined space entry operations and process safety management for a 200-million dollar environmental services corporation, operating ten hazardous waste treatment storage disposal facilities within the United States. Counsels executive staff on environmental management system principles and provided guidance for establishing standard operating procedures utilized throughout the corporation (ISO 14001). Responsible for the development and implementation of a transportation-related career path training program that has reduced the company's personnel budget by 3-million dollars over two-year period.
