Plans and directs production activities and establishes production priorities for products in keeping with effective operations and cost factors. Assistant Director - Digital Library, reports to the Vice President - Ohio Operations, and is responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance and expansion of a digital library department, for all digital architectural projects on file, for a 750-million dollar annual revenue company. Responsible for management of employee training, quality control, client relations, and production coordination currently for five area locations and two Denver, Colorado area locations, eventually progressing nationwide. Selected software and customized database for the digital library operation providing customer internet access capability that interfaces with existing operating systems.
